Speaking, Consulting, and Media

I work with companies, journalists, and organizations on pediatric sleep — as a product and content advisor, a speaker, an expert source, and an institutional consultant.

Recent and ongoing work includes advising consumer brands on sleep-related products and content, speaking to parents and clinicians, and contributing to outlets like the New York Times, TODAY, and the Matt Walker Podcast. If you're working on something where pediatric sleep expertise would help, I'd like to hear about it.

A few things to know

Consulting is the core of this work. I take on a small number of advisory engagements with companies building products, content, or programs where pediatric sleep matters. Compensation can be cash, equity, or a mix — happy to discuss what fits.

Speaking is something I genuinely enjoy. I tailor talks to the audience, whether that's parents, clinicians, school administrators, or teens. Evidence-based, practical, occasionally funny.

Media inquiries are welcome. I'm a working physician, so deadlines on the order of a day or two are usually workable; same-day is hit-or-miss. Short bio, headshot, and recent press are on the About page.

What I don't do here

  • Clinical questions about your child's sleep. For medicolegal reasons, I can't respond to these via the form. If you're looking for help right now, the free Sleep Training Starter Kit is the best place to start.
  • In person in CT; telehealth in CT or NY. If you're in Connecticut or New York and want to be seen as a patient, call my Yale office at 1-877-YALE-MDS (925-3637)
  • Guest posts, link exchanges, or sponsored content. I don't accept these.
